Britney spears is preggers again!!!
Perez Hilton reports that Spears, who lost custody of her two sons, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, is pregnant by music producer J.R. Rotem. According to Perezhilton.com, Rotem allegedly confirmed to In Touch that he is the father of the baby. In an effort to quell the rumours, Spears immediately sent word to Ryan Seacrest's radio show that she is in fact, not pregnant. Britney, whose life has made the covers of most gossip magazines, is currently fighting to regain custody of her two sons. She met with the judge on November 26th, only to be told that she had to have a driver because she was captured running a red light while driving the boys.

Last Christmas, on the heels of leaving Kevin Federline, J.R. and Britney were spending long days working together in the studio. Paparazzi caught them going to see The Holiday, and Britney was later seen sitting in the Cro-Magnon man's lap, kissing him. And that's when she conceived. It must have been, because J.R. has not made any cameos in the 24-hour Britney surveillance footage lately.
Britney will not be issuing an official denial of the shocking report because "if she were to give a statement about every lie, she'd be giving statements forever," Sam told People. He also texted a denial to Ryan Seacrest on his way home from Britney's most recent video shoot, for the media-frenzy-themed single "Piece of Me." "J.R. doesn't even know what's up," Sam texted. "It's completely fake... just left video shoot, going home to sleep."
Us Weekly reported that Britney had an 8 am call time for the shoot, but didn't show up until 9 pm last night, after Kevin Federline's bodyguard had picked up the babies, Sean and Jayden. She then filmed through the night, leaving Social Hollywood, the club where the video was shot, at 6:30 am. The video will feature Britney with a clique of doppelgangers, dressed in all black with blonde bob wigs, sunglasses and trench coats--basically her crazy uniform from the bald days.

A source tells Ok! that the pop star is so mad over the In Touch cover story that claims she's got a burrito in the fryer that she's willing to go to her least favourite destination--stupid old boring court with its "old fart" judges--to clear her good... well, not good... her not-pregnant name.
The report claimed record producer J.R. Rotem is the father of Britney's third child. The magazine quotes J.R. as saying, "It's true." On Thursday, they released photos of BlackBerry communications from J.R. that back their story up. When asked if she would keep the baby, J.R. texted, "No clue on what she will do. She is unpredictable." In Touch also quotes a friend of J.R.'s who says, "J.R. loves Britney. He wants to marry her." "The story is a complete lie," a Britney source tells Ok!. "She does not even see or talk to J.R., and she hasn't had any dealings with him in months."
In the midst of this Maury-like drama, J.R. has denied the story. "There is absolutely no truth to this," he told Us. But let's relive the lies anyway. According to the report, Britney phoned a friend in hysterics from her frequent hang-out, the Four Seasons Hotel in Los Angeles. She said she had just taken a pregnancy test and it came out positive. The story goes on to say Britney emailed her sonogram to several friends telling them she was four weeks pregnant. They even have a friend of Kevin on record offering some dubious congratulations. "All we can say is good luck with that," the K-friend says.
If Britney were to take the mag to court, it would be an unusual move for the attention-seeking star. Britney is usually relaxed about even the most vicious rumour, like when she was reportedly shouting that she was the Anti-Christ (actually, that would explain a lot). Just this week, the News of the World reported she intended to adopt six-year-old twin girls from China, a rumour that came and went without fanfare.
She has only sued for libel once, when Us Weekly ran a story that claimed Britney and Kevin Federline had watched a sex tape of themselves with their lawyers and acted "goofy" during the private screening. The case was thrown out of court because it was successfully argued that Britney Spears' reputation was built on being sexy, and therefore a sex tape is not libelous because it doesn't lower her reputation. She just does that on her own.
